ZEN COLLECTIVE FRANCE (trading as BuDhaGirl) is the operator of this Website. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Important Note: All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Paris, France.

1. GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. RETURNS

3.1 Return Windows BuDhaGirl has a tiered return policy:

  • 0-14 Days: We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • 15-30 Days: Returns requested between 15 and 30 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Sale Items: All items bought during a sale event are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

3.2 Return Shipping: Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping to our Paris facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. BuDhaGirl will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any initial shipping paid (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

3.3 Warranty Returns BuDhaGirl will happily honor any valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year of receipt of items. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect BuDhaGirl to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) (b) a refund in store credit

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 Shipping to France: For orders shipped to addresses within France, shipments are generally in transit for 2 - 4 business days.

4.2 Shipping to Europe (EU & Non-EU): For orders shipped to other European countries (outside of France), shipments are generally in transit for 3 - 8 business days, depending on the courier selected.

4.3 International Shipping (Rest of World): International orders to destinations outside of Europe may take 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the destination and the courier selected.

4.4 Fulfillment Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Central European Time) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our fulfillment team operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on French national holidays at which time the office will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.5 Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. PARCELS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

6.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at journey@budhagirl.eu immediately with photos of the damage.

6.2 Parcels Lost in Transit: We are responsible for the goods during transit. "Delivery" is defined as the moment the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

  • If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it: Please contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. Note that we rely on the carrier's proof of delivery to determine fulfillment.
  • If the tracking is lost/stuck: If the parcel is lost in transit before reaching your address (confirmed by the courier investigation), BuDhaGirl will process a replacement order or a full refund.

7. DUTIES AND TAXES

7.1 VAT (Value Added Tax) - EU Destinations: For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (e.g., Germany, Italy, Spain, France), VAT is included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website. You will not be charged additional taxes upon delivery.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes - Non-EU Destinations: For customers shipping outside the European Union (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA), import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and BuDhaGirl encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to BuDhaGirl at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
